Due to the huge demand for the Punta Perla Resort from tour operators we have created a second option which offers investors a variable return equal to 70% of the profit made by the managed ‘rental pool’. The income will be split amongst the owners equally with the remanding 30% being used for the services associated with running the rental pool. This option offers the possibility of achieving a higher return than the fixed rental return option although does not come with the peace of mind of any form of Guarantee.
